It gave us all a laugh.
Later, Evelyn helped me with a book I was writing on breast cancer. She even suggested the title: Women of Class (and I added what I had thought would be the original title) Breast Cancer 101. I am the proud owner of my mother's copy of Evelyn's book: How to Teach Yourself to Write. Evelyn definitely made a positive difference in other people's lives. She certainly set an example for both us and for others.

Amber and I would like to send our condolences and sympathy to the family and friends of Evelyn. From the shared meals and conversations to helping to teach Amber to read and write at an early age, Evelyn was always a caring and generous person. She will be missed by so many people.
